Eircom sucks

We decided to have the land line and the broadband at home long time ago. Because of we never had a phone line, we had to go with Eircom, without any choice. Therefore, on the 11th of June, we signed up for a new Eircom line.
We’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting, and a couple of months have been passed by. But the line is still not working. They put us in contact with a technician who just checked the plug in but did not fix the line, and just to be sure that they were providing us with a great customer service experience, they sent us a billing invoice with an outstanding balance of 150.63 Euro.
My name, of course, as the account holder.
So few days ago I had the brilliant idea to call them. I have been passed from the billing department to the sales department back to the billing department for 39 mins. None of them able to help me.
I have called them again. And again been passed from one dept to another with no help at all. I called the technician as well, but he did not answer the telephone nor called me back.
That’s a terrible service, Telecom Italia in Italy alike.
Btw I got the info the the direct debit has not been set up and that I do not have to pay this bill.
That was the end of every communication between me and Eircom.
We’ll see what will be happening in the next future.
